Our clients use the prepared from us strategic market analysis as a basis for their marketing concepts or business plans, especially when related to the topics: growth, internationalisation, market entry, product and company positioning and possible merges and acquisitions.
We can also provide our clients with full and active sales support at short-term (in the start-up phase) or long-term period.
Project start
During an elaborate initial meeting with our clients we define the individual requirements for each project and discuss aims, strategy, methods, timetable and schedule, actions, milestones, interim reporting, presentations, valuation and final delivery.
Reporting
We prepare regular reports for all our activities and send to our client’s management or the respective responsible person(s).All reports can be provided in English or German according to the customer's requirements. Very important is to ensure the smooth communication flows with our clients during the whole project implementation.
Project Completion
Presentation and discussion of the results of the project implementation and upon request can be followed by a discussion about next steps.
